Move, Breath and Feel Better
I am very lucky to have worked with Bev in a number of different ways - all have been really beneficial to my health and happiness.
I attended Bev’s yoga class as a beginner and found her very gentle, encouraging and patient. The class is one I always leave feeling happier than I arrived.
I have had an excellent treatment from Bev using Yoga therapy and Thai yoga massage to address sore and stiff hips – just brilliant and very relaxing!
Bev’s sound therapy is astounding. She weaves a sound journey that melts away tension and rebalances the body through the vibration of the instruments in a really magical way – still haven’t quite worked out where the time goes during a session but I thoroughly recommend the experience.

I’ve attended Bev’s yoga class and soundbath sessions. Each time I have found such enjoyment in the movements and relaxation exercises.
The taught elements are so easy to follow. Bev is very attentive, guiding her pupils to be able to achieve the best they can.
Soundbath sessions are also special, the atmosphere, fabulous sounds and vibrations are another level of relaxation. Both yoga and soundbath lessons are invigorating and relaxing at the same time. On leaving each session I feel such wellbeing and truly relaxed.
I would highly recommend these classes and Bev is a great mentor too.

Bev delivered yoga sessions for the FIND organisation in Hessle. This is a centre for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. She delivered 3 different sessions so that everyone could participate because it was so popular. She accommodated for all abilities and adapted her communication so that everyone could follow her instruction, this includes people with sensory impairments and physical differences.
The ability of Bev to maintain engagement with all members was particularly impressive because autism spectrum conditions are often correlated with anxiety with both strangers and breaks from routine. This was certainly not the case either with Bev or the yoga class she ran.
Bev delivered the session with sensitivity and professionalism and everyone enjoyed it and reported an enhanced sense of wellbeing. It was so popular that there has been a request for a repeat running of these sessions in next year’s calendar.

Bevs Yoga class has a warm, friendly atmosphere,and Bev encourages you to just push as far as you feel your body needs. Great stretching and strengthening exercises with a lovely shavasana at the end. You leave feeling calm, relaxed and yet invigorated. Just what a yoga class should do.

Bevs sound bath was for me a unique calming and beneficial experience which demanded nothing more physical than to lie down comfortably on a mat and listen to the slow varied intermittent gong sounds played. Gentle concentration on the individual sounds played is all that is needed to help achieve a calm inner space.

I attended one of Bevs sound baths. It was very enjoyable, so relaxing felt fully recharged after. The time went so quick even though it was an hour long, I went with a very painful back, it was healed when I left.
Would defiantly go again. Bev is a lovely lady, she explained everything step by step and made us all feel welcome. I would recommend this to all my friends.

I have known Bev since our yoga teacher training days. Bev has a wealth of knowledge having tried almost every aspect of yoga and instinctively knows what a person needs. As part of the teacher training, Bev was required to teach several classes and I was lucky to be part of many and I always felt safe and suitably guided by her. She really does live the yoga philosophy, that yoga is available and appropriate for everybody. Yoga and meditation is something that Bev is passionate about and will make you passionate too!
