Celebrating the New Year in January can feel counter-intuitive, as can setting resolutions for the year ahead. We can easily find our energy levels depleted from lack of light and the after-math of the festive season. Why not look upon January as the perfect time to nurture intentions for the blooming of Spring; look at re-booting energy levels after the festive season and be kind and nurturing for the last push-up of cold, dark days.
Spend a blissfully relaxing and nourishing day in beautiful countryside with lovely, like-minded people. Activities for the day include a gentle, yet powerful yoga practice with Bev of Luvasana Yoga which includes a Vinyasana Yoga flow and a Kundalini Kriya aimed to support with moving forward, breaking old habits that no longer serve in order to create space for new possibilities; fireside guided meditation, woodland bathing and reflection time; cosying up indoors with a yummy two-course lunch; workshop creating affirmations; making a Snowdrop Kokedama arrangement and a beautiful guided relaxation with affirmations for a peaceful and positive end to the day.
